TYPES OF FUEL FILTERS
Spin-on diesel filter
In QAP spin-on diesel filters, we select filter medias with excellent water separation capabilities;
In-tank fuel filter
Installed inside the fuel tank, together with the fuel pump. Special materials are used in the manufacturing process. The filters are designed to filter or absorb oil vapor in the harsh environment inside the fuel tank.
Fuel filter
The fuel filter is connected in series on the pipeline between the fuel pump and the fuel inlet of the throttle body. Remove the iron oxide, dust and other solid impurities contained in the fuel to prevent the fuel system from clogging (especially the fuel injection nozzle). Reduce mechanical wear to ensure stable operation of the engine and improve reliability.
Fuel filter element
For this type of filter, only the filter element needs to be replaced during the maintenance process, and the original filter housing can be recycled, reducing the risk of incompatible installation. Some parts of the filters are made of recyclable materials, which help protect the environment and reduce maintenance cost.
